This was a great experience for me. From the moment I walked into the office I felt at ease. The receptionist Caressa was friendly and very welcoming. At my appointment with the doctor she explained everything to me about my hearing loss and explained which hearing aides she felt would be beneficial to me and my life style. What a difference the hearing aides have made. I can't believe what I was missing out on. I can't thank you enough you really made a huge difference in my life. They really know how to treat people.

Recently moved to Wilmington from the upper Midwest. I needed to establish service with an audiologist for a hearing check and service on my Starky Livio hearing aids that were 1 1/2 years old. So pleased with the service and help received from Dr Rickman and the staff at the Wilmington office. Appointments were seamless and efficient, follow up and service of my Livio aids was perfect. I have no negative comments at all.

I had old hearing aids that I purchased 10 years ago and they were collecting dust. I contacted Audiology of Wilmington to see if they could be repaired as my hearing was almost gone. The Dr. said that he could have them repaired but the technology was no longer there. After listening to what a new pair would make my world sound like I was fitted for a new pair and I it is so wonderful to hear again! There was NO pressure to purchase and Dr. & Amanda have been terrific! I highly recommend Audiology of Wilmington.

Amanda and Dr. Rickman are fantastic! They squeeze my client and I in when he's having issues with his hearing aides. He can't move around very well, so they allow me to come on his behalf, when the situation calls for it. They're super accommodating and Amanda is always kind and smiling!

Dr Jennifer Clarke made researching and trialing different options for a hearing device so easy. She is patient and understanding and so kind. She helped me try many options and was thorough and showed genuine concern for my needs. I highly recommend her. The office is clean and not crowded and very accommodating. Jeff at the front desk is delightful too!

I have been treated by Audiology of Southpoint for years and their service is excellent. It is so easy to make appointments and I never have to wait. There is never a charge for cleaning and servicing my hearing aids and they have made such a difference in my quality of life.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Clarke. After suffering from tinnitus for a few weeks I was at a breaking point and was unable to get into an audiologist at UNC or Duke for a few weeks. Dr. Clarke gave up her lunch break to work me in despite a full schedule. She gave me a free hearing test and was able to provide some helpful recommendations on next steps in finding a solution. Very thankful for her and highly recommend her!

I couldn't be happier with Audiology of Southpoint. Dr. Clark is so patient and kind and helpful. She managed to fit me in when I had an issue with my hearing aids and even after fixing it, she took the time to show me some additional features of the hearing aid (purchased elsewhere due to insurance restraints) that I had been missing out on. I can not recommend them highly enough!

Dr. Laura undeniably loves her job and helping people. She explains the process and procedures clearly with fun little trivia facts to further enhance one's knowledge. We went in to get a baseline hearing test, making it clear we weren't in the market yet for hearing aides. Regardless, Dr. Laura spent an exceptional amount of time with my husband and me, making sure we understood everything and her testing was incredibly thorough. We felt like she really cared in ensuring the best possible outcome for our hearing needs, as well as being charming and delightful in the process. She will be our audiologist now and in the future, hands down!

Dr. Lauren Putira “bent over backwards” to help me find the best solution for my hearing needs! Not only is Lauren a knowledgeable and highly trained professional, but she showed a lot of personal caring and flexibility in finding the best hearing aid for my particular problem. I am a professional musician with sudden hearing loss in one ear, and now I am delighted to say that I can enjoy playing and hearing music again!

A positive experience with professional, competent, friendly receptionist and skilled doctor of audiology. I had asked for an assessment of my current status and my hearing aids. Dr. Putira was clear in her communication and very thorough in her examination. Highly recommended for anyone interested in evaluating their hearing status.

Went with my 88 year old dad to have his hearing aids checked. Lauren was so kind and patient. She very gently removed ear wax buildup without hurting my dad at all. She also cleaned and replaced some parts in his hearing aids and showed him how to insert them properly. Highly recommend her. We will definitely go back to see her.

Dr Lauren Putira is extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I have only spent 3 days with the end result of the consultations (Hearing aids for both ears). I only had mild loss and I consider this a rebirth of my hearing. The sharpness and clarity is noticeably different and awesome! When I take them off I'm back in the muffled world I did not know I was in!
